Hey there, I'm Tracey.
And I believe it’s possible to consciously craft a life that aligns with who you are and what matters to you. But it hasn’t always been that way.
I've learnt a lot of lessons including trying to be and do what I thought was expected of me. I remember feeling frustrated because no matter how much effort I put in, things just didn't flow or feel right.
I constantly felt stretched and stressed but kept pushing on hoping things would get better, soon! Because, to be honest, I was sick and tired of being sick and tired.
And things didn’t get better. Instead, in my mid-20’s, I was hit by a big health scare. It jolted me into looking at the way I was living with fresh eyes and I made some changes in my inner and outer world.
Bit by bit and lesson by lesson I came to understand myself better than ever before. I reconnected with my dreams and got honest about what I wanted, including how I defined success. Because success, real success, shouldn’t cost you your quality of life, health or relationships.
It’s been quite a journey to align how I live and work with my truth but by crikey it was well worth it! And it turned out to be a game-changer (well, a life-changer really!). Because who you show up as and how you live and work affects EVERYTHING!
I'm committed to living well and to helping business owners, leaders and self-motivated people do that too.
