Before I tell you how we can work together, let me share a little of my background.

I used to feel really frustrated. No matter how hard I worked and how much I pushed to get through everything, I didn't feel fulfilled. Instead, I was constantly stretched and stressed. In hindsight it wasn't a surprise that I had a big health scare. I'd stretched myself too far and my stress levels were out of control (neither of which helped the health issue the doctors found). That scare jolted me into looking at the way I was living and working with fresh eyes. And frankly, it was about time, because I was sick and tired of feeling sick and tired!

Bit by bit and lesson by lesson I started to understand myself better than ever before. I reconnected with my real self and got real about how I wanted to live and work. The lesson that stood out for me the most was this... the quality of my health and how fulfilled I feel depends on whether I'm living and working in alignment with what I value.

I've been a senior manager, a leader and now a business owner, and I get what it's like when you feel stuck, trapped and overwhelmed. But I also know what it's like on the flipside of that. Now I live and work with greater clarity and confidence about who I am and what matters to me. I'm much less stretched and stressed. Why? Because I'm living and working more purposefully, more intentionally and in alignment with what's important to me. 

When we work together, I draw on all of my experience. I have years of experience in the corporate world, local government, management at all levels including executive management, and now as a business owner. With a background in strategic and business planning, and a passion for mindset coaching that's supported by an international qualification in Neuro Linguistic Programme (NLP), I bring you a practical, grounded, real-world approach.

Stress Less and Live Well Programme details

In this exclusive 3-month programme, we'll work together to:

  • Identify what's going on and get clear about what's causing you to feel so stretched and stressed. And I hear you - you probably already know what’s going on but we’re going to go deeper because that’s where real transformation will come from.

  • Understand where you want to be in 3, 6 and 12 months time. The trick here is we want to know what YOU want, not what you think you should want. And for some people this can be a challenging exercise. I’m going to be guiding you through this process and helping you figure it out.

  • Help you get clarity about the changes and actions you need to take. Because it’s all very well and good knowing where you want to be, but you’re going to need to take action. I’ll be with you throughout the 3-months supporting you, holding you accountable and cheering you on.

  • Identify what's going to hold you back and what's going to help you be successful so you feel confident to move forward. This step is key and it’s often overlooked! We want to set you up for success and by answering those two all-important questions, you’ll be on your way to creating the change you want and achieving the results you’re after!

  • Develop your own, customised toolkit of go-to strategies to help you live well. Throughout our work together, I’ll be keeping an eye and ear open for other ways I can help you be successful. You can expect to receive a range of strategies that will be of use to you both now and moving forward.

You'll receive:

  • A pre-programme questionnaire for you to complete and return to me. We’ll have a 30-minute phone/online video conversation to discuss your needs and goals.

  • 6 x 60-minute sessions by phone/online video.

  • 1 x 30-minute follow up session by phone/online video one month after your programme ends.

  • Support from me throughout the 3-months, including access to me by email and text.

  • Life gauge toolkit (an invaluable tool to help you identify what's going on).

  • Relevant resources (these will depend on the topics we specifically cover for you).

The fee for this 3-month programme is:

  • 3 payments of NZ$795 (incl. GST)

  • The first payment is required prior to our first 60-minute session.

1-day Stress Less and Live Well intensive programme 

Instead of doing 6 x 60-minute sessions over 3-months, you could choose to do a 1-day intensive. Both approaches work well but the intensive is ideal for people who want to go deep and come up with an action plan now.

We get together in-person, either in Te Awamutu or in Hamilton (please note additional costs may apply). Starting at 9.30am and finishing at 4.30pm we'll cover all the 5 key elements of the 3-month programme listed below.

In this intensive programme, we'll work together to:
