What is coaching?
Coaching provides a judgment-free, confidential environment so you can explore where you're at, where you want to be, and the steps you need to take to get there. It’s an opportunity for you to look at what’s holding you back and to develop strategies that will help you achieve success.
At times, this work will be uncomfortable, inner work often is because it challenges you to go beyond what you know, to step out of your comfort zone. But this work is key to you living well.
To get the most out of coaching, it’s important to commit time to prepare for the one-on-one sessions and to reflect afterwards on what we discuss. Plus, to see changes, you’ll need to allow time to take action.

Q. What’s “live well”?
Great question! Because you’re going to see and hear the term “live well” (and “living well”) a lot in our work together. I define it as living in alignment with your truth. It’s understanding who you are, what you value, and how you want to live, and then making decisions and choices that support that.
I can’t / won’t tell you what living well is for you - that’s up to you to decide - but I will help you work through a process to get clarity and feel confident about living well.
Q. What's “Live Well” life coaching?
Live Well coaching is a form of life coaching that I’ve specifically designed to help you answer the big question ... what does living well mean to me? Drawing on well-proven methodologies, everything from neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), strategic, business and personal planning approaches, to a range of different teaching and healing modalities, the coaching I provide is tailored to help you not only answer that question but to feel confident to create change and transform your life.
Q. How does Live Well life coaching happen?
At the heart of the Live Well coaching philosophy are focused, purposeful conversations. These conversations are so much more than what you’d typically have with someone. I’ll guide you to:
gain a deeper, richer understanding of who you are and what you want,
consciously identify your mindset patterns and to understand whether they’re helping you or not,
create new empowering patterns including what you think, say and do,
develop a road map to get from where you are to where you want to be,
build your confidence and set you on a path to live well.
Q. Will you (as the coach) make decisions for me?
No. Nope. Definitely not.
That’s not my job. I won't tell you what to do because you know you best. As we work together, you'll realise how much you already know, the power you have to create change, and you’ll feel more confident about trusting yourself.
