Our Responsibilities

It’s a common misconception that when you work with a coach they can fix and solve everything for you. That’s simply not the case.

Our work together is a partnership and we each have a role in you achieving the outcomes you want.

My commitment to you

While I can’t jump in and fix or solve things for you, I do have an important role in guiding, teaching and supporting you using the skills and experience I have.

I take 100% responsible for:

  • providing a judgement-free, confidential environment

  • listening to you, asking questions and challenging you to lean in and learn

  • supporting you as you explore where you’re at and as you take action

  • guiding you to get clarity and helping you develop a roadmap for change

  • being on time and fully present during our sessions

Your commitment to me and yourself

Coaching isn’t a spectator activity! To get the most out of it, you need to show up fully and not just for sessions but in doing the inner and outer work required to create change.

Specifically, you are responsible for:

  • preparing for the sessions we have together and showing up on time

  • being honest and open to exploring other perspectives and possibilities

  • committing to taking action (because that’s how change happens)

  • being kind and curious

  • being 100% responsible for your words, actions and results
