It's natural to notice the change in seasons

- Tracey Hancock, REALiving Coaching

Here in the Southern Hemisphere, we've officially moved into spring. Can you feel it?

The transition from one season to the next is an interesting time, but one that's not often considered well. To move into spring well get set to delve beneath the surface and find out what the change of season means for you.

What's all the fuss about?

Each season brings with it so many changes. Daffodils, lambs in the paddocks, the days get longer and the sun shines more. These are some of the obvious changes, what do you notice?

Think about how you're feeling and notice if you're starting to think differently or perhaps you're starting to do things you didn't do over winter.

As the season's change, it's not always going to be a sweet smelling bed of roses! You might feel gritty, out of sorts, have trouble sleeping or be emotional.

How are you feeling?

Be honest about how you're feeling, all of it! All too often we push aside the so called 'negative' feelings and pretend everything is okay, that you're absolutely happy with life.

All of your feelings are real - they're part of you and your experience of life, feel what you feel. It's okay.

Take a moment now to write your thoughts and observations in your journal. Delve into how you feel during the transition from winter to spring.

Set yourself up to live well by preparing for spring - a time of transformation, growth and new beginnings.
