Looking back over the last 10 years will be quite revealing. There's bound to be been a mixed bag of ups and downs, highs and lows, easy times and challenges. No surprises really because that's how life is. But what do you notice because there are lessons to be learnt.

The lead up to Christmas can be a busy time, busier than usual! There are deadlines at work, presents to buy and wrap, and a Christmas meal to prepare.
