There are 30 days in November and regardless of what you do or don't do, the days are going to march by at a steady pace! So let's get set to make the most of that time (because life isn't a dress rehearsal!). Where do you want to be at the end of the month?

Yes, there'll be times when we need to moderate how we show up. But and this is an important distinction, choosing to shut or tone down a part of ourselves in response to what someone else has said, is denying the truth of who we are. And that’s not healthy or helpful.

There's something special about the move into spring. After hibernating through winter, going inward to rest, it's nice to stretch and expand into the newness of now. And it’s also the time of new growth, new projects and new beginnings.

Are you waiting until you feel more confident to take that action or make that change? There’s good and bad news for you about that … what you do next is up to you!

Does saying "I matter" feel uncomfortable to you? If it does, you're not alone. So often thinking it, let alone saying it, can stir up a lot of emotion for people. Feelings of not being good enough or not having a place in this world are overwhelmingly present for many. 

There's no guide book for living life - we by and large learn and grow "on the job".  And it can be hard going! At times it can feel like you’re fumbling blindly forward hoping and praying that things work out but not sure they will. And then, you’re on the other side. Maybe a bit battered and definitely wiser.
