You have within you divine feminine energy (even you blokes have it!). But in a world where it's so easy to get caught up in being busy and constantly doing (very much masculine energy), we're not harnessing the beautiful power of the feminine energy. To live well we need to learn how to better balance the two types of energy.

Here in New Zealand signs that winter is on its way have been appearing. Each season brings its own magic in the form of changes and opportunities. When you embrace the seasons and all the changes they bring forth you'll be supporting you and your health well.

Do you have days when you're hard on yourself? Maybe you don't feel good enough or that you deserve to be happy. Perhaps you think that nothing you do is right or up to the exceptionally high standards you set for yourself. You deserve your own love, every day.

It's easy to get tied up in a story that has us believing we can't control anything. Take for instance how life seems to get busier and more pressured with each passing day. It can feel like demands, deadlines and endless To Do lists consume every waking moment and there's nothing you can do about it. But rather than accept that that's just how life is, you can do something about it.

Rules influence how we live, work and play. While some of those rules are written down and enforced by other people, groups or businesses, others are ones we've created for ourselves. When you think about the rules in your life, are they helping you to live well or keeping you stuck?
