Week 1 - where I am now

Welcome to week # 1 of the 4-week online programme, '2015 your best year yet!' I’m so excited you’ve taken this step to live your life, your way.  

In this first week it’s all about better understanding where you are now.  Now you might be thinking you know exactly where you are but let’s go deep on this one.  It’s more than just where you are at right now (like sitting in front of your computer reading this message!).

Do you find yourself doing things because it’s what other people want?  Or maybe you doubt your ability to do something new, or worry about what others think?   All of that and more means you’re not confident about owning the driver’s seat of your life.  The exercises this week are simple but critical in helping you get clear about who you are and what’s important to you. 

Please choose to give the exercises your attention and effort.  After all, you know you best.  That makes you the exact right person to be in the driver’s seat of your life and to determine your life path. 

You can do the exercises in whatever order you like but be sure to do them all.  Combined, they provide a stocktake of where you’re at now and give you a great foundation to work from as we move into thinking about the future.
