Now I don't know about you, but my imagination is SUPER creative and very active. I can create a worst possible scenario in my head and over time have that beast grow to massive proportions.

But WE (that's you and I) can control our minds. So knowing I can choose my thoughts I wrote a list of all the things I might think. You know, all those worst case scenario thoughts that sneak into your mind, setup camp and settle in for an epic sized party!

The start of a bright, shiny new month is the perfect time to pause and reflect.  Hopefully you’ve already spent time thinking about the year ahead, what you want it to be like and set some goals.  If not I’d recommend doing it.  Why?  So you avoid getting to the end of the year and saying something like… “I don’t know where the year has gone but I don’t feel like I’ve achieved anything, it’s all been a blur”.  Sound familiar. 

At this time of year everywhere you turn you see or hear something about planning and setting goals.  All that information can be overwhelming and it can be a bit daunting if you’ve struggled to set goals, let alone achieve them, in the past.

Let’s get to the heart of what will help you create an amazing year, a year you’ll really love.

“Waiting, wanting and wishing” are three words we could all do without having in our vocabulary, especially when we’re talking about our life!  They keep us locked in our comfort zones, never daring to step outside the invisible walls we put up. 
 
Today, be open to possibility, to believing in you and to having faith.  Go beyond the bounds of waiting, wanting and wishing, and know that living a life you love is within your reach.

Around October each year I’d be so happy that it was almost December. It wasn’t because I was thinking about Christmas or long sunny days and fun times with friends and family (although I enjoy all of that!). I was exhausted. I mean really tired, burnt out, and in desperate need of a holiday which, thankfully, was now just 2 months away.
