What drink do you order when you go to a cafe? Whatever it is, I imagine you’re probably quite specific. You know what sort of coffee or tea you like and how you like it. And that’s what you ask for, right. What about in life - what are you ordering?

It would have been easy to just some fresh paint on the weatherboards around my porch. But the result would have been terrible! It’s like that in life, sometimes we’d rather gloss over what isn’t working well and pretend everything’s fine. Time to take a closer look at what’s going on?

We can either accept that life is what life is, or we can consciously choose how we life. But it’s so easy to get caught up in the busyness of life - to feel like life is happening to you rather than with or for you. And it’s as if that second option doesn’t exist for us!
